All these pics show front carries, but big gorgeous babies can certainly be carried on the back as well. The ERGO is suitable for front and back carries.
The Cranberry colour option has been discontinued, but I've left the photo on here as it shows Paula wearing Beth at 9 months, who is in a hip spica cast for her hip displacia. Beth was in the spica cast for 4 months, and then in a brace for a further 6 weeks, and the ERGO was indispensable. You can see that Beth is a gorgeous, chunky, heavy girl!
