I received the Mei Tai carrier today and LOVE IT! I've just finished walking around for the last hour or so with my 19 month old daughter on my back and have no upper back pain whatsoever which is my usual complaint with carriers I've tried. And my daughter fell asleep in in so she was obviously utterly comfortable. It's gorgeous too - I love the fabric and workmanship. Very impressed - so impressed that I'm buying another for my sister!
