At the risk of sounding like Jungle Mama have paid me to say this; my search for the perfect carrier has ended with this pack.
It comes with instructions and frankly I don't see why:- it is so easy to use that I was at first dumbfounded by the simplicity and kept re-reading the instructions saying "this can't be right, surely there's more to it than that".
No origami, no figuring out which clip goes where... just do up the waist belt, sit baby in and put the shoulder straps on. Wow.
I put my 2.5 year old toddler in first for a trial and for the first time EVER with a carrier I had almost zero weight on my shoulders and upper back. I've just returned from a 3km walk with 7 month old in carrier and she slept the whole way - the head support/sun protector attachment on the pack was brilliant.
Lastly - I can't believe how it doesn't hurt your back or shoulders - all the weight was on my hips and thighs - in fact I reckon I'll have some pretty snazzy looking thighs after a few walks around the block with this carrier. Most impressed and totally recommend (ya think).
