If your product is damaged or faulty upon receipt:
Contact us with your order reference number and advise us of the problem.
We will replace/refund/credit the product.

This guarantee does not cover damages caused by accidents, failure to follow
directions, natural product discoloration, loss or misuse of product.
ERGO - We offer you 30 days to try our baby products and if you are not
completely satisfied, please return them in like-new condition and we will fully
refund you. However, if you are having difficulties in adjusting or using The
ERGO, we ask that you e-mail us prior to returning the carrier; we can often
offer a solution that will help.
